Corporate Action History
AWB was incorporated in 1980 as a joint Stock Company under the provisions of Law (43) of 1974, and its amendments, with a total paid in capital of LE 14 million distributed among 2million shares at an issuance price of LE 7. Since then AWB has undergone eleven capital increases leaving the bank’s authorized capital LE 750 million and paid in capital LE 315 million respectively distributed on 31.5 million shares with a par value of LE 10 each.
