• Repayment period:
  • Minimum: 1 year
  • Maximum: 15 years
• Financing up to 75 % from the unit value, unit must be fully constructed and all facilities are available.

Customer entitlement criteria:

• Nationality: Egyptian
• Age : min 25 years old and max 65 years old (at loan maturity)
• Minimum family income: EGP 2,500
• Loan is granted to individuals either employees or self-employed
• Property insurance is required.

Required Documentation

• Salaried employee:
  • Personal ID
  • Recent Utility Bill (Max 3 Months old)
  • Salary certificate
  • The registered (or can be registered) ownership document of the financed unit
  • Building license
  • Real estate certificate
  • Transmitting the financed unit's to the order of AWB (in case of new Cities)
• Self employed:
  • Personal ID
  • Recent Utility Bill (Max 3 Months old)
  • Recent commercial register (max 6 Months old)
  • Taxation Card & Tax Status Certificate
  • Original income ccertificate issued by a Chartered Accountant
  • Recent 12 months bank statement or formal tax declaration (stamped as received by tax authority)
  • The registered (or can be registered) ownership document of the financed Unit
  • Building license
  • Real estate certificate
  • Transmitting the financed unit's Privatization Decision to the order of AWB  (in case of new Cities)
